The Yorkinese is a hybrid mix between a Yorkie (Yorkshire Terrier)and a Pekingese. They are sensitive, independent and affectionate with their family. These adorable dogs make wonderful companions and are well suited to apartment or city living. Despite their small bodies, they make excellent watchdogs, barking at the first sign of an intruder. Yorkinese need regular brushing and like most breeds, love a daily walk. AVERAGE WEIGHT: 5 - 13 lbs. AVERAGE HEIGHT: 6-9"
Our Puppies are raised in our home with all our other canine family members so they are very well socialized by the time they go to their new homes, we go outside to play weather permitting as soon as we can so they can explore and learn all the smells, noises and everything else that they can experience outside. If we can't go out we play indoors with the moms and dads.
Our puppies are $400.00 If you interested in purchasing a puppy a non-refundable $100.00 deposit will reserve your puppy that you choose. Visitors are always welcome! If air shipping is required then there will be an additional cost that includes current price for airline pet cargo ticket, cost of crate and health certificate, last time I checked approx. 265.00. I am always willing to travel at least to the borders of Iowa if needed. All puppies will have their shots up-to-date, wormed, dew claws removed and vet checked.
